Supported Content was born out of frustration.
As support leaders in SaaS companies, we were frustrated at the major lack of resources about customer service and customer experience. The content that existed online was low quality, spammy, and unhelpful. Support leaders deserved better.
So we set out to solve that problem.
First, we built out a team of customer support experts who are also incredible writers. These folks bring decades of collective experience in the CX world, representing everything from established enterprise orgs to brand new startups.
We then began working with some of the fastest-growing SaaS companies in customer service to develop their content strategy, drive up their traffic, and grow their businesses. We wrote compelling blog posts—leveraging our team’s deep experience—and created helpful, compelling long-form resources. As our clients grew, we helped them share their customers’ success stories through case studies.
